- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Consistently late, rude, and unpleasant. I called for a 4 o'clock ride into Charlottesville at 3:20 and they didn't pick me up until 4:30. This isn't the first time it's happened either; they've previously forgotten I've scheduled pickups, have caused me to be late to work multiple times, and attempted to double charge me for a vehicle change that they required I take.
